The big amount of shipwrecks in its waters made Ilhabela one of the most famous dive sites in Brazil.
Colonial Diver makes regular trips to six of these wrecks, which are all close one to each other. Cruising time to get to the wrecks takes something between 10 minutes and 50 minutes, depending on the dive boat used.
Depths vary between 10ft and 70ft.
Our frequently visited shipwrecks are:
- Aymoré (sunk 1920)
- Velasquez (sunk 1908)
- Dart (sunk 1884)
- São Janeco (sunk 1920)
- Whator (sunk 1909)
- Therezina (sunk 1920)
